Q: Help! What portion size should I be logging?

A: Estimating the amount of food you're consuming can be tricky if you're not a dietitian! Fortunately, Nutritionix Track's Smart search supports the following portions. So you could say, "I had 1 thumb of peanut butter", and Track would convert the portion to 1 oz in your food log. Try it out!

1 fist = 1 cup
1 thumb = 1 oz
1 fingertip = 1 teaspoon
1 handful = 2oz
1 palm = 3oz
