Q: How do I edit, copy, or delete foods from my log?
A: When viewing your daily log, tap into the food item you want to update. This will take you to the Edit Food page, where you can change the food quantity, time, date, review nutritionals, and take notes.
You can also edit Exercise and Weight entries by clicking on these entries in the main log.
To delete or copy an entry, you can swipe left on an entry in the main log to reveal the quick Copy and Delete buttons. Or, you can always copy or delete an entry from the Edit page.
