A: Sync your Track account with iOS HealthKit! This integration allows you to share nutrition data, exercise calories, and weight data between Track and HealthKit in the following directions:
- Push: Send your nutrition data, exercise calories, and weight data from Track to HealthKit
- Pull: Pull exercise calories and weight data from HealthKit into the Track app.
To activate the Apple HealthKit integration, navigate to Preferences, accessible from the side menu. Navigate to the Connected Apps menu, and select HealthKit.
